I was just thinking the other day that I have this perfectly good blog to write 'stuff' on and all I ever use it is to post blog train offerings. So I thought it might be nice to it use for some other things such as sharing photos, layouts or new ideas, or just hanging out.
As you can probably tell by all the layouts I've made lately, we've acquired a new puppy. He's a he (neutered 3 weeks ago) a Shorkie - that's 1/2 Yorkie and 1/2 Shih Tzu. His mommy was a 9 pound Shih Tzu and his daddy was a 4 pound Yorkie. Somehow the parts fit when the time was right if you know what I mean. I brought this little bundle of love into our home when he was 10 wks old and 4 pounds. Why did I think he would stay small? He's 6 months now and weighs 13 pounds!!! He's just a little porker.

Chewy is adorable! My minpin is called Yoda because of his ears - and I can see why this little guy got named Chewy!
Yes, and he's really lived up to his name - unfortunately. I left the TV remote on the couch and now there's teeth marks all over it :(
Debbie, he is soooo cute and cuddly. I can see why you are so fond of him. My DH and I really miss having a dog. However, neither of us could look after one properly anymore.
Puppies are a lot of work Fay, that's for sure! This little guy is only partly potty trained - Ugh!

I have a Morkie, Maltese/Yorkie and she is little! 3.5 lbs, and we have a little Maltese/Shi Tzu cross as well who seems huge in comparison 9 lb, and he is a real cuddler! They are so much fun and little personalities. I take them out with me all the time and they get fussed over. My phone has all sorts of teething marks on it too!
